Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support at support@columbiariverpickleball.com to facilitate the exchange process.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support at support@columbiariverpickleball.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
